Bookings

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring items are ready for collection before our team arrives
- Providing safe, lawful, and reasonable access to collection and delivery locations
- Informing us in advance about fragile, oversized, heavy, valuable, restricted, or difficult-to-move items
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and complete
- Arranging any required parking permissions, building access, lift access, or access approvals
- Ensuring pathways, entrances, and loading areas are safe and accessible
Bali Transport and Logistics Ltd reserves the right to refuse transportation of dangerous, illegal, hazardous, perishable, or prohibited goods.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellation or rescheduling requests. Cancellation charges or additional fees may apply where staff, vehicles, time slots, or operational resources have already been allocated for the service.
Delays & Service Interruptions
We aim to complete all services within agreed or estimated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road restrictions, vehicle issues, access limitations, customer delays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Items We Cannot Transport

- Illegal substances or prohibited goods
- Explosives, weapons, or dangerous chemicals
- Perishable goods or items likely to leak, spill, or cause damage
- Live animals or plants where unsuitable for transport

Customer Property & Access
Customers must ensure that collection and delivery locations are suitable for the requested service. This includes ensuring there is enough space for safe loading and unloading, clear access routes, and any necessary permissions from landlords, building managers, or local authorities.
If access is restricted, unsafe, or unavailable, additional charges may apply, or the service may need to be rescheduled.
